I don't know any Dominican places but on the corner of 8th street and 13th ave. Across the Jose Marti memorial, they have an Argentinian family that works wonders with your hair. They also have a great place on 8th street and 22nd ave filled with fantastic Cubans that do AMAZING things. Hope I helped.
