go to http://www.FindABlackSalon.com . They have a ton of listings, and if you can't find what you are looking for, you can email them and they will find it for you! At least they did for me! :-)

but I know BUBBLES %26amp; OUTLOOKS for hair does black hair and their everywhere...
When you get there, just look around, and ask people there if they know of any.
